The Organisational Behaviour course examines the roles of individuals and groups in an organisation, whether this is that of organisational members of groups and teams, as well as the behavior of stakeholders, as well as exploring the behavior of organisations. Topics include groups and teams, structure, leadership, as well as the processes of communication, decision-making, power, and conflict.
