
Real World Leadership Skills – Personal and Professional Development
Being the worldwide inventor of On-the-Job Leadership and Soft Skills Development within MBA programs and with long experience of applying these programs in over 20 different industry segments we developed this worldwide unique course based on exactly the same business tools we have been using to train top managers of international companies. As a result, you will develop these skills that are pivotal to successful management and effective leadership.
The Real-World Leadership Skills encourages learners critical thinking, problem-solving and strategic project management skills and develops their communicational, team working and interpersonal skills. By enhancing these skills, students will flourish their levels of emotional intelligence and hence their credibility within organizations.
Students are encouraged to draw upon their current (and past) work experience in order to contextualize their learning. As a result, students are encouraged to become more aware of their own self, their diverse personality traits, values, and beliefs, and how these shape their own approach at work and that of their colleagues. This strong sense of self-awareness and awareness of others underpins the successful practice of management and effective leadership.
